The Tucker Farm Center parcel lies in between State Highway 29 and Bothe State Park with a neighborhood above it. Proper vegetation management in this area had not taken place in an estimated 50 years with dead and dying oaks, grey pine, madrone, and shrub, needing to be cleared.
