Approximately 15-20 dead or decaying trees were removed along 2 miles of Crystal Springs Road, along with hazardous ladder fuels. Crews used modern machinery to treat uphill slope of the road, 100′ from the centerline.
This project addresses the lingering effects of the 2020 Glass Fire, removing trees that pose a threat.
